Scope of application
electric three-way regulating ball valve is composed of HKR series intelligent actuator and three-way ball valve, which is a kind of rotary cut-off regulating valve, which has the advantages of tight closing, compact structure, light weight and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in pipeline automation control of corrosive media such as gas, liquid, steam, and oil.
The two-seat sealed three-way ball valve has compact structure, beautiful appearance and good sealing performance. It enables the switching of the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It is also possible to connect or close two channels that are perpendicular to each other.
The four-seat sealed three-way ball valve has a beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure, which can not only realize the switching of the flow direction of the medium, but also make the three channels communicate with each other, and can also close any channel at present, so that the other two channels can be connected, and flexibly control the merging or diversion of the medium in the pipeline.
The main technical indicators of the control module
Control accuracy: 0.1%~3.1% adjustable.
Accept control signal: 0~10mA.DC, 4~20mA.DC or 1~5V. DC
Key selection: 1. When the input signal is interrupted: "interrupt" mode (on, stop, off) 2. Forward and reverse action selection 3. Control accuracy selection.
The fully open and fully closed position of the electric device is automatically positioned and calibrated, which is convenient and accurate.
According to the input signal and the position of the motor, the intelligent step adjustment is automatically positioned, and the oscillation suppression accuracy is high.
Output motor device position signal: 4~20mA.DC corresponding to the motor device is fully closed and fully open.
Actuator
Type: optional PSQ, 3810R, HKR quarter-turn actuator. Explosion-proof version 3810 series.
