As a new generation of speed-regulating butterfly valve, this valve has changed the traditional mode of relying on mechanical speed change to complete the butterfly plate switching speed change from the design idea, and has carried out a new design from the electric drive control according to the action characteristics of different positions of the butterfly plate. This series of butterfly valves takes the frequency of changing the input current of the electric device, and then adjusts the rotation speed and output torque of the electric device, so as to control the switching speed of the butterfly plate and realize the purpose of two-stage closing of the butterfly plate fast closing and slow closing or slow opening and fast opening of the butterfly plate. It has the same function as the hydraulic butterfly valve.

This valve is suitable for the pump outlet position of the pipeline where the medium is water and seawater, as a closed valve and the characteristics of a check valve, to avoid and reduce the backflow of the medium in the pipeline system and the impact of water hammer, and to protect the pipeline. It is especially suitable for power plants and water plants where the power supply is very reliable.
3. Features of DV942X/H speed-regulating electric butterfly valve

1. Electric opening and closing, with arbitrary adjustment, check and cut-off functions. Easy to operate, safe and reliable. 2. This valve can continuously realize the action of slow opening, fast opening or fast closing and slow closing, and effectively prevents the backflow of the pump outlet medium and the generation of water hammer. 3. Energy-saving drive, the same drive motor as the ordinary butterfly valve can realize the functions of high-speed and small torque in the fast closing section and large torque in the slow closing low section. 4. When installed at the outlet of the pump, the butterfly valve has the common function of check and gate valve at the same time, so it can replace two valves with one valve, saving installation space and saving the cost of pipe network. 5. Small flow resistance. When the valve is fully open, the flow resistance coefficient does not exceed 0.3, so it can save energy and reduce the operating cost of the pipeline. 6. When an accident or power failure occurs, the butterfly valve can be controlled to open and close by manual operation.
