The telescopic butterfly valve is suitable for regulating the flow and intercepting the medium on the water supply and drainage and gas pipelines of petroleum, food, electric power, textile, pharmaceutical, chemical, papermaking and other water supply and drainage with a temperature of ≤ 80 °C and a nominal pressure of ≤ 1.6MPa, and has the function of compensating for the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline.

The telescopic butterfly valve leaves the factory with a minimum structural length, and when installed, it is pulled to the installation length (i.e. design length).

The telescopic butterfly valve must be laid flat before installation, and should not be bumped at will. The telescopic butterfly valve can be installed arbitrarily, when the temperature compensation is used, after the pipeline installation is completed, it is necessary to add brackets at both ends along the axis of the pipeline to prevent the telescopic tube of the telescopic valve from pulling out, and the supporting force of the bracket is calculated according to the following formula, and it is strictly forbidden to remove the bracket during operation.

When the length between the pipes exceeds the installation length of the expansion valve, please adjust the pipeline spacing, and do not forcibly stretch the expansion valve to avoid damaging the expansion valve.
