I. Overview of DV942X/H speed regulating electric butterfly valve
As a new generation of speed regulating butterfly valve, this valve has changed the traditional mode of mechanical speed change to complete the change of butterfly plate switch speed from the design concept. According to the action characteristics of different positions of the butterfly plate, a new design has been made from the electric drive control. This series of butterfly valves adopts the method of changing the frequency of the input current of the electric device, and then adjusting the rotation speed and output torque of the electric device to control the switch speed of the butterfly plate, and realize the purpose of fast closing and slow closing of the butterfly plate or slow opening and fast opening of the butterfly plate. It has the same function as the hydraulic control butterfly valve.

This valve is suitable for the pump outlet position of the pipeline with water and seawater as the medium. As a closed-circuit valve, it also has the characteristics of a check valve to avoid and reduce the backflow and water hammer impact of the medium in the pipeline system and protect the pipeline. It is especially suitable for power plants, water plants and other places where the working power supply is very reliable.
3. Features of DV942X/H speed regulating electric butterfly valve
1. Electric opening and closing, with arbitrary adjustment, check and cut-off functions. Easy to operate, safe and reliable. 2. This valve can continuously realize slow opening, fast opening or fast closing, slow closing, and effectively prevent the backflow of the medium at the pump outlet and the generation of water hammer. 3. Energy-saving drive, the same drive motor as the ordinary butterfly valve can realize the functions of high speed and small torque in the fast closing section and high torque in the slow closing section. 4. When installed at the pump outlet, this butterfly valve has the common functions of check valve and gate valve at the same time, so one valve can replace two valves, saving installation space and saving pipeline network cost. 5. Small flow resistance. The flow resistance coefficient of this valve does not exceed 0.3 when it is fully opened, so it can save energy and reduce the operating cost of the pipeline. 6. When an accident or power outage occurs, the butterfly valve can be controlled to open and close manually.
